START - April 30th TODAY - May 17th
I wish it would let me put them side by side at full change b/c its not really showing as much as when I printed them out.
Changes you can see:
- Lookes like a few layers of fat have been peeled off the top of my tummy.
- Also can tell a change in the lower "pooch" area.
- Significantly smaller BOO-TAY (thanks April!)
- Front of thighs looks leaner.
- Line of the leg more pronounced
- Chin/neck thinner/ more defined.
Changes you can see:
- face is less "puffy"
- beginnings of waist definition.
- Around the naval you can really tell the difference in fat layers.
-Legs have more definition and thigh area doesnt seem so "poofy".
- a good bit more clavical!!
Differences you can see:
- HAHA! You can see where my racer-back shirt was when I got ROASTED at bootcamp that day.
- Dramatically thinner waist from the back view
- BUTT is a lot smaller
- Saddlebaggs have decreased
- Top of back doesnt look as "puffy" (really a layer of fat is gone I guess)
So I'm pleased with 2.5 week mark. There are a good many changes you can see, but there are also changes you CANT see. For example, you CANT see that yesterday I was able to run 3 miles in 29:08!!! I am feeling better, my clothes are feeling better and I was able to put on a pair of pants the other day I had purchaced but never worn. The other good thing is that I still have 14 days till Disney World so I could shave off a lot more before those photos get taken. Working HARD pays off. :)
