Sugar Sugar

Just a little taste of sugar has a tendency to spin me out of control. For some reason the sugar in peanut butter, even ORGANIC pb gets me into trouble FAST. I'm trying hard to not completely spin out of control and all the sugary stuff I've had so far is legit... like... umm....

But the M & M's are calling my name. Sheesh. I'm gonna go drink some water.

Update: Sucked on a lime and slammed 16 oz of water, so I'm in recovery now. :)
