Weight this am 178 lbs
So I slept SOOO late this morning which was beautiful. I think it was like 11 when I finally got up. I got on the treadmill and ran intervals 5.0/5.5/6.0/6.5 then ran my high minute @ 8.0 for 30 minutes. Then I upped the incline to 7.0 and walked at 3.5 for an additional 30 min. After that I did a Karen Voight "ball" exercise video for 20 min. Not too long after that Logan wanted to take a walk around the neighborhood so he could scooter. So we walked for about 35 minutes.

M1: I made english muffin pizzas (see me tasties in the photo): Included a light english muffin, 2 Tbs of Bruchetta (italian tomatoes), portabello muffins, green peppers & ff cheese. I also had some turkey breast 289.5 c
M2: Cherry Chocolate Smoothie. Archer Farmes Hearth Healthy fruit Smoothie mix & Jay Robbs chocolate Whey protien powder. Also ate 1 light craham cracker. 344 c
M3: Honey Nut Cherrios 2cups 315c (This may not be accuracte b/c I dont have the box anymore and I didnt drink it with milk).
M4: 8oz turkey breast cutlets grilled, green beans & carrots steamed, 1/4 cup mashed potatoes 331c
